Our policies and intake forms

These policies allow us to provide the highest-level services and adhere to our values and mission while respecting our team members and all of our guests.

  • Reserving your appointment: Immediately after reserving your appointment, you will receive a text or email with the booking details. You will receive a text and/or email 48 hours in advance.
  • Confirming your appointment: 48 hours prior to your reservation you will receive a text and/or email. Please respond to this using the link provided to confirm or request to reschedule.
  • Your arrival: Please arrive on time for your appointment. For massage, skin care and body treatments, we request that you arrive 15 minutes early. This allows time for check in, changing if necessary and time to breathe and wind down before your service.
  • Late arrival: We understand things happen. However, in order to provide the best experience to all guests and safeguard our service providers’ time we reserve the right to cancel and reschedule your appointment if you arrive 15 minutes or more late.
  • Cancellations: Should a cancellation be necessary, please do so with at least 24 hours’ notice. Less than 24 hours notice a fee will be incurred.
  • Missed appointments: Our service providers reserve time just for you. Missed appointments will incur a service charge of half the service price.
  • Prices are subject to change:  While we make every effort to keep all information current, prices may change without prior notification.
